History

This Foundation grew out of a Christian ministry which was begin in 1986, when Pastor Anwar Javed resigned FGA (Full Gospel Assemblies) in Pakistan. His wife and he started an independent ministry among very poor people who were working in the Army of Pakistan. God saved many of them and very soon about 80 families joined the Group. The Army officers allowed young pastor and his wife to start regular church service on the road. Later on, this little church got a piece of land to build a Church building; the church building became dispute among Christian and non-Christians. Pastor was taken to prison and building was sealed. On July 7th, 1993 building was unsealed and given to Pastor to start service again. Over a decade about 1200 families have joined the church; In September 1999, God blessed the ministry when Alfonse Javed second son of Pastor Anwar Javed entered in the field of educaiton, In a very short period of time he earned prestige as a "Ustad" teacher.

Carrying a mission "To give a chance to every human being to come to know the true knowledge of Jesus Christ," Alfonse Javed stepped into the real world where many challenges were waiting for him. Growing up in the church, he became very active in social outreach work as a part of missions strategy.

It is very rare for a Christian man to get a higher education in Pakistan. Having no money and no respect in society, when he started tutoring Muslims students at a local school, his teaching techniques improved the quality of education in the lives of young students. He founded Faridia Language Center in 1998, which grew into a high school set up in a rented building, under the name of the Foursquare Gospel School System, with a connection to his father's church. Within two years, it grew into an undergraduate school, using the name of The Mission School System, located on Walton Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Now the other school owners and individuals did not like this, so they put in a petition to the Education Board of Punjab to close the school because it was not a recognized institution under the government of Pakistan. The urgency of a registered and recognized company to run such an education system without any legal trouble gave birth to Ram Foundation. Now Ram Foundation serves as the primary company to monitor the ministry activities.
